TV Controllers

Dear Mr/Mrs TV Controller,

I'm well aware that I have to retune my TV after lunchtime on 30th September or I may not receive all the channels I currently have. Could you please stop telling me every time I change the channel. For someone who channel hops as often as I do it has gotten a little annoying.
